Off-Site Committee Comments

The institution clearly has a policy (ePolicy 607.16) which mandates the annual evaluation of administrators.  Its documentation includes a sample of the form which is to be used for such evaluations.  Although the narrative indicates that these evaluations are maintained in the offices of the Executive Vice-Chancellor/Provost and senior vice chancellors, the actual documentation does not offer evidence that the evaluations are performed.

Narrative:  

Troy University will provide evidence of the annual evaluations for administrators to the on-site committee during its visit to the campus in Troy and will have evidence of evaluation of administrators in the Academic Affairs, Student Services, Advancement, and Financial Affairs at the following locations:

• Office of the Executive Vice-Chancellor and Provost, Room 216 Adams Administration Building
• Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for Student Services and Administration, Room 216 Adams Administration Building
• Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for Advancement and External Relations, Room 247 Adams Administration Building
• Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for Financial Affairs, 241 Adams Administration Building
