Narrative: Troy University is in compliance with this Federal Requirement. Troy University uses a variety of printed and electronic methods to make available to students and the public current academic calendars, grading policies and refund policies. Following are examples of these methods used in each category: Current Academic Calendars The current academic calendars are provided in the printed Schedules of Classes that are available to students and the public prior to each registration period. Examples of these printed schedules are available for each campus. Calendars are also available in a summary format on the various campus Web sites. For example, Grading Policies Grading policies and related information are specified in a number of printed and electronic formats as well. This information is available to students in the following locations: Student Handbook (Oracle), Undergraduate Catalog (pages 17 through 19), Graduate Catalog (pages 14 through 17). Refund Policies Various types of refund policies and procedures are made available to students and the public. These policies and procedures include the percentage of refunds at specific points of the semester/session or term, the types of tuition/fees that are refundable or non-refundable, dates that refunds will be available to students and how refunds may be reimbursed to students.
