Narrative:  

Troy University is in compliance with its program responsibilities under Title IV of the 1998 Higher Education Amendments.  The United States Department of Education has declared the university eligible to participate in and receive Title IV funds as indicated in the Eligibility and Certification Approval Report and the Program Participation Agreement.

Troy University has submitted all required annual compliance reports to the U.S. Department of Education as required.  These reports are submitted electronically using the URL links that are provided by the Department of Education.  In addition, the Troy University 2006-2007 Audit Report indicates compliance with managing federal funds.
